Mark has studied the reputational gains enjoyed by virtually every pharmaceutical company brand following the COVID-19 vaccine rollout. He predicts a positive halo effect for every pharmaceutical brand that embraces emerging technology and engages a new class of healthcare influencers. Mark has more than a decade of research experience, building and overseeing insight and strategy practices for communications agencies in the U.S. and the U.K. He leads quantitative and qualitative research analyses to land on human-centered insights that produce attitudinal and behavioral change. Mark has led strategic planning for brands that include Genentech, Johnson & Johnson, the World Health Organization, Google, Samsung, and P&G. He received his bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of York, U.K., where he specialized in the emergence of digital and social media and its impact on society. Mark looks forward to sharing original research on what he’s dubbed the “Brandemic” at the Pharma PR and Communications Summit.
